Make InfoWater windows and dialog boxes resizable

Make Y-axis labels match the color of the series in historic charts

If I have a bunch of y axes it starts to get hard to interpret when they aren't color coded to match the series in the chart. Please match the y-axis label with the series label.

Initialize reservoir levels from measured data in ICM / ICMLive

Currently I can force my live simulations to initialize with measured level using dummy outfalls and sluice gates that close after the simulation starts with RTC, but that's very cumbersome to maintain.

Reproject data when importing into Info360

Currently the platform supports WGS84 coordinate system. As a user, I want to import my data from it's native coordinate system and have it reprojected for me, so that I don't have to add this extra step to bring my data in and start using Info360.

display multiple scenario results on long section picks

For long section picks on model runs showing the hydraulic gradients etc. it would be useful when carrying out scenario work to be able to display more than one set of run results - currently have to export to excel.
