Add "Approved By" Column in main Inspection Table and record in Details tab

Please see Screenshot 1 for where the "Approved By" Column would be.

Please see Screenshot 2 for where the record would be in Inspections tab.

This was a feature requested by Tetra Tech with an estimated team size of 20 people. They are eager to adopt the tool and really want this feature. If it can be prioritized and incorporated soon that would be helpful for them.

The proposed workflow will capture the name of the user at each status change and published in a new column on the inspections table. The person who finally approves the inspection will be captured on the table.

Exactly, Tony! At this stage only the final approver is what they want to see.

How feasible do you think this is and when it could be incorporated?

Tracking each stage of the process can be for future development.

However, if only the person who approves the inspection is required this should be a lot easier. Record who was the final approver and display this on the inspection list view. Of course if someone then takes it out of Approval state the field would need to show Null until re-approved.

Whenever I change a CCTV status to 'Approve', 'Reject', etc., it should also be tagged with who changed the status and when. It'd be great to have a timeline of a CCTV status change similar to risk history for pipes. Requested by LASAN as they pre...
