Modelling of mud and other non-Newtonian flows

We've a lot of work at the moment modelling the failure of tailings dams. Tailings dams typically have material that acts in a non-Newtonian manner. To effectively model these sorts of fluids would require the inclusion of additional fluid propert...

More display decimal places for small values of Dry Weather Flow

In 2024, with larger simulation models and more monitoring data, a model's dry weather loading is likely to be less than 0.005 MGD, CFS, or CMS. ICM InfoWorks only supports these three unit types. For low flows, the node, link, and subcatchment gr...

I want Infoworks' "Export maxima to GIS" to include the below parameters to assist scour protection design within 2D Zone

1. For shear-stress-based design 1.1 Max Shear Stress (in N/m2 with at least 1 digit after the decimal point) 1.2 Hydraulic Slope at Max Shear Stress (in percent with at least 3 digits after the decimal point) 2. For velocity-based design 2.1. Max...

Export river cross sections for an ICM model

At present, ICM river cross sections can only be exported to dwg one by one. It would be helpful to be able to export all the modelled cross sections in a single operation (eg via data export centre)

ICM sims updated with better control on sims outcome

I think waiting a big time for a sim to be done and then because the sim results disk gets full, loosing all of the simulated data is something that should be prevented from the time someone sends the simulation. A warning should be issued when yo...

Enable true 'zooming out' on graphs

I am not sure if this is intended behavior, or if it is actually a bug/oversight, but I would like to request the 'zoom out' tool zooms out from the CURRENT POSITION, by one zoom increment (so just the reverse of how the zoom in works using the mo...

ICM - Statistics Template: Daily events

I want to be able to break my events into daily values. Currently this would require setting up 7 separate templates each with the unique day set under the 'Time Window' button. I want a tick option added that will allow me to do this within the s...

RTC - Allow data to be pasted into tables and it automatically generate the rows

The only way to add new rows to an RTC Table is to manual click on them - if would be better if you could paste a large number of rows from Excel and it auto-generates the rows in the same way as when pasting data into the Inflow table.

Wet Well Graph

As a modeler, I would like to see a plot showing everything for a pump station in one place. See the attached figure. Inflow/outflow and the flows from each pump. The 3D chart helps a lot showing which line is which.

Apply rain gauge boundaries to multiple rainfall events

I would like to load rain gauge boundaries to multiple rainfall events at once. I have had to import rainfall profiles from .csv files and I have lots of durations and return periods. Saving the rain gauge boundaries to each file is time consuming...
