Adding interception and evaporation losses to Permeable Pavements, Bioretention systems etc.

There is currently no option to consider depression storage, interception and evaporation losses while modelling SuDS components such as Permeable Pavements, Bioretention systems etc in InfoDrainage. The option was available in MicroDrainage and i...

Insert contours at regular intervals instead of "double pegs"

Currently, contours can be added at irregular intervals by using the "double pegs" function in InfoDrainage. In reality, contours are always placed at regular intervals, such as a major contour at every 10 ft or 5 ft of elevation. The option to ad...

Add Gravel Pit to Soakaway Design Tool

As a former MicroDrainage user, I'm struggling to model soakaways in InfoDrainage, as InfoDrainage does not account for storage volume within the gravel filter media that surrounds the soakaway. The gravel pit also provides larger area of infiltra...

Exceedance Level in Infodrainage

It would be good to have an option in underground stormwater controls to have a separate option for exceedance level and Ground Level By taking the exceedance level as GL, it makes the Long sections look distorted when in reality it is common for...

InfoDrainage - Split subcatchments option for Laurenson runoff routing method

It is industry best practice to split up the subcatchments in a model into their pervious and impervious areas when adopting the Laurenson (or RAFTS) runoff routing method ie U = 2 and U = 0. The current workflow to achieve this is to setup the mo...

Add Snowmelt to InfoDrainage

The addition of SWMM5 snowmelt will make it easier to model LID's in North America which has a lot of snowfall in Canada and the northern USA. Snowmelt can be a significant source of water annually to a LID or SuDS.

Swale with pipe under connected by manholes

Could not model real-life scenario where the pipe was under as conveyance for lesser events and raised via vented manholes into the swale above. Need integrated solution and was unable to model both and connect via manholes.
