Junction Loss

There need to be more options for calculating junction loss. Having values for entry and exit loss isn't enough. Recommend HEC-22 and AASHTO at a minimum.

Export non-connected catchment objects

Currently Civil 3D will not export a catchment object unless is connect to a structure/junction. It should export all catchment objects regardless of if they are connected to a structure/junction.

Need more inlet options

SSA has numerous inlet manufacturers and jurisdictions, including Caltrans, FDOT, Neenah, etc. These would be beneficial to have in InfoDrainage, including East Jordan inlets. Additionally, have depth vs flow curve option would be helpful as well.

CAD Data Layer Controls

When you have your CAD files in the drawing, you can control what layers show up. However, you can only select one at a time, you can't sort, and often your selections will reset. This would improve the plan view controls quite a bit.

Vary infiltration with depth

Cannot currently use the software for deisgn of borehole soakaways. By their very nature they wil have varying infiltration rates. Usually the infiltration is at greatest depth and no way of modelling with correct head in borehole.

Allow underdrains to receive upstream flows from a pipe. Repair inflows to SuDS.

The SuDS nodes do not allow the inflows from an upstream pipe to connect directly to the underdrains. There are only options to connect them through no delays to subsurface areas (i.e. in bioretention nodes) or as a point inflow (i.e. filter drain...

Time of Concentration (TR-55) Calculator

Show preliminary sizing estimated flow depth in profile view.

The proportional depth is given in the Network Design Report but not shown in the long sections. This is a very useful feature to allow quick checking of throttling or spare capacity in the network.

True Ground Profile on Long Section Exports

It would be very useful if there was a way for the true ground profile to also be exported on long sections. Currently, when exporting long sections from microdrainage, the true ground levels are only shown at manhole locations and a straight line...
