True Ground Profile on Long Section Exports

It would be very useful if there was a way for the true ground profile to also be exported on long sections. Currently, when exporting long sections from microdrainage, the true ground levels are only shown at manhole locations and a straight line is used to replicate ground level between the manholes. Could a 3D terrrain file possibly be loaded into microdrainage so that the true ground profile is shown when exporting long sections?

      This already exists in InfoDrainage (see attached).

      Also for InfoWorks ICM! Have the long section profile sample the ground model/DEM with an offset or something.
