IWLive - alernative warning themes for polygons

Currently IWLive polygons can theme based on the most severe warning. We want an option to theme instead based on which polygon contains the most warnings, and potentially other options like the earliest warning.

Adding Copy&Paste functionalities to the ICM UPM tool outputs

We would like to be able to easily copy paste the summarised results given by the UPM tool. We currently have to manually copy these results into excel which is prone to human error.
