Add filters to tools pages to allow quicker selection of items

Apply filters to tools (ILI, DMA, etc.) as per Workspaces. Provides another way of finding the item without having to use search.

Enable alternate versions of the SWMM engine within ICM

I would like to have the option to use a different version of the SWMM engine to be run instead of the latest Innovyze version. In some cases this is required, but it is often very helpful to confirm the results from previous versions.

Allow Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V in RTC dialogue (plus other RTC dialogue changes)

For no apparent reason, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V do not work in the RTC dialogue - right-click-copy and right-click-paste still work though, which is confusing. Overall this issue (amongst others) contributes to the RTC dialogue feeling very clunky to us...

As a user it is good to allow tab windows to take it out to the second or third display

Tab windows are not allowed to move main window to second display.
