The Edit Media option should still be available even when an inspection is 'Ready' or 'Rejected'. This could help multiple personas address issues more easily. Sometimes the media files are incomplete or encounter upload issues. This could help fix those. Incorrect media which was falsely matched because it had the matching name should be able to be removed. Inspections w/o media could still be 'Approved' and only certain persona's would be able to edit/add media to these inspections.
