Allow Field Inspectors to edit defect codes directly from the Edit Media page when the inspection is rejected.

This would add to efficiency by removing two extra steps.

  • Deleting the rejected inspection.

  • Re-uploading the inspection after it has been updated from the .mdb.

This is also convenient because it can be done quick and directly instead of having the inspector look for the wrong inspection in a database that might be hard to find.
