    Convert 3d points from Civil 3D to cross section lines

    River survey sections are provided as 3d points in a DWG file. These need to be converted to channel sections which needs to be done manually. There was previously a feature in RS that allowed the conversion.

    Slope in %

    Additional Custom Fields available when needed

    Our company uses all available user fields and needs additional room for sharing important metrics derived from hydraulic analyses. We want an option to toggle on additional fields to store this information alongside pipes for Themes and references.

    Create channel section lines from points

    Survey data for river sections is often delivered as point data. To be able to create a model in ICM from this it needs to be converted into a line. This functionality was available in RS.

    SCS generation - automatically pull data

    InfoDrainage says it 'Generate(s) SCS data' but it really just links to the SCS website. Can Autodesk refine this to be more like the NOAA Atlas 14 which really does pull the data automatically into InfoDrainage.
