Currently, InfoDrainage only allows modeling of check dams or weirs at outlets. For open channels with multiple intermediate check dams, users must split the channel into sections, each with its own outfall defined. A more accurate feature allowing the inclusion of intermediate check dams along a continuous channel would be valuable. Adding the same feature to a pond will also help us model sedimentation forebays as well.

We will engage in consultations with a wider array of stakeholders to gauge their interest and gather additional perspectives on the proposed feature.
Should we observe a substantial level of enthusiasm and demand from our customers, we will be inclined to advance the status of this suggestion to "Under Consideration."
This stage will involve a more detailed analysis, including a feasibility study, resource allocation assessment, and preliminary planning to understand how this feature could be seamlessly integrated into InfoDrainage.
