A Mesh Layer export function to facilitate the analysis and visualization of temporal mesh element results in QGIS.

I would like to see a Mesh Layer export function that would facilitate the analysis and visualization of temporal mesh element results in QGIS. Use case example: https://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/visualchangelog312/index.html#feature-vector-trace...

Built-in mapping capabilities, like PCSWMM and Civil 3D have

Other software has built-in background mapping capabilities for free, using OpenStreetMaps or Bing satellite/hybrid road maps for georeferenced models. The current capability of supporting WMS servers falls way too short and there are no free opti...

leave Layers and Themes window open

Could you make it possible to work in the Geoplan without having to close the Layers and Themes window? It would make switching Layers on and off much easier. Alternatively you could add a separate window to switch layers on and off.

would be nice for the surge program, is to have the initial water level automatically calculated for closed surge tanks

Splitting pipe - surge wave speed not inherited

When splitting a pipe by inserting a node, the new pipe inherits the attributes of the original pipe (diameter, roughness, zone, material, etc). However, if the pipe has a wave speed assigned for surge modeling, the new pipe does not inherit the w...

Add node level (hydraulic grade line) data to custom graphs for calibration

Allow for the ability to compare observed and predicted level data (or hydraulic grade lines) at nodes. Instead of depth in the pipe, I typically have water surface elevations at a node, specifically for treatment plant hydraulic modeling.

Incorporate greater flexibility in the creation of UDF maps from the Print Field Journal

The current Print Field Journal for UDF maps does not allow users to adjust the map size (relative to other elements in the PDF), which was an important feature for our client when using UDF with InfoWater (the map is the most important for them i...

Extend flexibility in displaying information associated to HGL profiles

As an InfoWater user I'd like to be able to add more information to my HGL profile, including nodal pressure, pipe diameter, flow, velocity, etc. I'd like see max/min level achieved throughout the simulation and have the ability to quickly add pip...

Open Control Center on Selection, Selection Set, or Domain

For models with lots of controls, this would be helpful to quickly look a few at a time. For example, all the controls at a specific site. Right now, the list appears to be sorted randomly. It would also be helpful to automatically sort alphabetic...

Flow direction arrows default symbology

By default, flow direction arrows show up as blue for forward flow, red for backwards flow. This is a pointless distinction because for distribution systems, "forwards" or "backwards" depends on the direction the pipe was initially digitized and h...
