Seems like a fundamental control to be able to adjust a pump's target flow rate dynamically, for a high/low flow setpoint based on tank levels or other triggers. I can currently adjust the speed setting in basic rules, but trying to hit a target flow rate with the speed setting will ultimately fail when suction/discharge pressures are changing due to other operations.

One potential approach is that you could set up multiple Variable Speed Pumps that open and close based on certain conditions using Basic Control. This may give you choppy behavior, but I'm not sure it would be much different if you switched Control Value under certain conditions. Would you be expecting more of a continuous change in flow set point based on external triggers like the PRV DAFR and DAPR control curves?
