I am pleased to announce that we recently started discussing a multi-objective SuDS optimiser tool that can be used for planning.
In this process, we will engage in consultations with a wider array of stakeholders to gauge their interest and gather additional perspectives on the proposed feature.
Should we observe a substantial level of enthusiasm and demand from our customers, we will be inclined to advance the status of this suggestion to "Under Consideration."
This stage will involve a more detailed analysis, including a feasibility study, resource allocation assessment, and preliminary planning to understand how this feature could be seamlessly integrated into InfoDrainage.
Thank you for the suggestion and thanks to those who voted.
Would you please elaborate on what aspect of planning you'd like to see in InfoDrainage, are you referring to the spatial planning and feasibility assessment considering the site constraints? or are you referring to hydraulic planning based on inflows, outflows and available space?
Do you mean just a listing of the best values for a LID or SuDS in IFD? EPA SWMM5 has a reference manual for LIDs that you can get from the SWMM5 download website
