Allow the input of different surfaces with appropriate runoff coefficients for each subcatchment. For example, paved 100%, tarmac roades 90/95%, gravel 30/50%, soft 10%. This would provide a better audit trail for the net contributing areas input to a network and clearer calculations for approving authority submissions. It would avoid the need to calculate a weighted runoff coefficient outside of the software, perhaps in Excel.

Thanks again to all those who voted, I am pleased to announce that the composite runoff coefficient calculations are now possible using land use polygons in InfoDrainage.
Please try the new land use and soil type objects in InfoDrainage and let us know how you get on. For details on how to utilise them for composite runoff coefficient, please see the following link (What's New in 2025.4):

How much of this feature request does this new update cover? https://www.autodesk.com/blogs/water/2024/11/15/land-use-and-soil-type-incorporated-into-sub-catchments-in-infodrainage-2025-4/
We use HydroCAD instead of InfoDrainage because it automates this.
Automating this process by allowing users to clip layers from Civil 3D (Soils, landuse, catchment areas) to create a composite curve number quickly would also be helpful
Thank you for the suggestion and thanks to those who voted/commented.
This is now under consideration for future development.
