Point and line source objects for flooding 2D Analysis

I would like to assess the site and drainage network for flooding from a particular source that does not originate from a surcharged network. ICM has both of these objects available. The idea would be to connect a base flow, hydrograph or catchment inflow to the object and it would start the flows on the surface.
