Calculating and adding the Froude number to storm table output

Many municipalities and utilities want to maintain subcritical flow in the storm sewer system and avoid hydraulic jumps. The Froude number is used to establish subcritical vs. supercritical flow.

      This was part of the original InfoSWMM code via EPASWMM - it should still be in the oneswmm code of IFD. SWMM5 used to outpiut the link mid section Froude number.
