I am pleased to announce that this is already in progress as part of our IDDA work (Integrated Drainage Design and Analysis) where we're aiming to host all runoff parameters within Civil 3D so these parameters can be passed to the cloud along with rainfall parameters to generate rainfall and runoff. This will be made available to customers in increments but until then, users will still have to update the runoff parameters within InfoDrainage which will then be exposed in C3D extended dataset and these parameters will be also preserved when roundtripping with Civil 3D.
