Option to "remember my choice" on the Query Set Cache pop-up

The pop-up asking whether to use the cache or re-run Query Sets every time you switch scenarios can get annoying. It would be nice to have a checkbox that says "always re-run queries" or something to that effect so that this pop-up can be suppressed.
