Bring back the CS feature of being able to mark a network (or really any database item) as 'current' - with a visual cue (eg coloured border) around the icon.

In a master database there are often many different network objects, modelling files, stats templates etc that are required as part of a complete audit trail. Naming schemes are often fixed or unhelpful. It would be useful for collaborators to see...

Enhance STW integration into Civil
