Repeat Table Headers on each page

The report tables currently display the table headers once under each return period / critical event. If the headers were repeated on each page, the tables would be easier to read. Thanks

Ability to look at multiple phases (surface and foul networks together) in 3D

Being able to view both surface and foul networks within MicroDrainage was always a very useful feature to visualise crossing points in the network and it doesn't look to have been included in InfoDrainage.
