Loss Method - Fraction with Maximum Loss

Hi - in SoCal and a local agency uses SCS loss method to create an average yield fraction rather than the typical loss curve, but with a maximum infiltration loss rate to "clip" the peak loss rate. Can we have a modified SCS loss method with max loss rate option or a separate loss methodology using a manually inputted loss fraction and max loss rate?
