After discussing with Martin and Martin about migrating workflows that are still occurring in Info360 Asset.
After a Rehab Decision tree recommends that a pipe needs CCTV it would be useful to allow the field inspector to view the Rehab report with the list of pipes that need CCTV and view them in the map so they can plan their work accordingly.
This would remove any workflows outside of Info360 Asset that require the contractor to get an export of the recommendations and use another GIS tool to find the pipe and it's attributes.

Hi Todd, great points and to reassure you providing field contractor entitlements access to the map to view ONLY their inspections is in the roadmap. Thank you for the affirmation. We are also considering adding crew/project status reporting so that the manager of the field contractor, who will have a field contractor entitlement, can monitor the status of the work being carried out specifically by his/her team. The latter workflow will of course be available to the utility's condition program manager who will typically have full asset entitlement.
There is a natural progression to go from proposed rehab action "CCTV" to create a schedule list of pipes for inspection. The scheduling and despatching of work to complete the inspection workflow is on our radar.
