Color code CCTV inspections at a larger extent.

The color coding can be the same tone as the Pipe layer but darker so that the pipes are visible when the user zooms to an extent other than the extent where CCTV are color coded based on severity.

The symbology can be specified under the legend similar to how the Pipe symbology is specified:

Consider as user zooms out a single colour theme displays (i.e. not the grading) that denotes and inspection is associated to the pipe.

    Ability to view and filter geocoded defects at a larger extent.

    When reviewing which assets need to be repaired because they have specific defects such as breaks, fractures, etc. Users would like to see them in the map so that they can conduct their work in a more efficient way.
