"Limiting discharge" field/functionality for subcatchments

For large storm events, not all subcatchment runoff will be able to enter the piped system - inflows will be limited by the size (and condition) of roof downpipes, road gullies, etc. Therefore, I would like for ICM to be able to 'cleanly' deal with this for 1D-only models. There is a work-around where you can route subcatchments through dummy nodes and dummy orifices, making use of the "Limiting discharge" field - but this results in a messy model, where you will likely need hundreds or even thousands of dummy objects. It would be much better if you could directly set "Limiting discharge" within subcatchments themselves, and just have the excess flow be 'lost' from the model - in the same way that water is "lost to baseflow" for GIM subcatchments.

Excellent, thanks for the update. Reading through the release notes for 2023.1, it looks like the new Runoff Limit functionality is exactly what I was hoping for.
