allow subcatchments with different RTKs to drain to the same node (Very useful for future loads and different land uses).

      Multiple subcatchments should always be allowed to drain to a single node (or now a single 2D point source).

      this might not be possible with some changes to the SWMM5 engine or the SWMM5 RDII DLL in ICM
