Can you move please "New 3D network window" away from "Grid windows"? I frequently click Grid windows, and if I mistakenly click on 3D instead, I pay the price in the time it takes to load a 3D view, and in worst cases - crashes ICM. Ideally, move Grid windows next to something else less risky if clicked by mistake! :)
