When using InfoWorks ICM, if a network has a non-numeric link suffix in a conduit, the associated subcatchment slope field will not calculate. This results in a flat slope field and will affect run-off in simulations. Its not mentioned in the guidance/support (or could be anticipated by users) that using non numeric link suffix would result in this output. Please can ICM be amended to use a slope from conduit whatever the suffix?
This tends to affect users if they import networks direct from InfoAsset which uses a non-numeric suffix by default. Surely sister applications from same vendor should work seamlessly without users having to be aware of this issue?
