In the "Manage scenarios" dialogue, you can add helpful notes for each scenario, to explain what the scenario is representing. However, you cannot add notes for the base. It would be very helpful if you could add notes, as it is not always obvious/clear what the base itself represents - sometimes the base is the 'verified' scenario. But sometimes it represents the 'clean/fully working' scenario. And sometime real-life is in flux, with capital schemes and new developments being built, so there is no clear distinction between the present day and the 'future' - so it is not immediately clear what the base includes. So it would be very helpful to have notes attached to the base to be able to compare the base to the scenarios in terms of what it is showing. I know it is possible to add notes along these lines elsewhere in ICM, e.g. in the "Properties>Description" box for the model network, but this is a very clunky workaround, and it would be much more user-friendly if notes could be added to the base in the "Manage scenarios" dialogue.
