Comparing changes/differences between scenarios is a chore as it can only be done via manually checking objects or looking through a text file showing the differences. I recommend 2 improvements. 1) be able to see different scenario attributes side by side in the properties window like you can see comparison results when 2 sim results are loaded. If there are multiple scenarios let the user choose what scenarios to compare. 2) Visually show what has changed via a selection list/highlight what assets/objects have had changes to them in the GeoPlan

For recommendation 2, this feels like a bug / oversight in the software. When comparing the current network to see uncommitted changes, or when comparing two previous versions of a network, you get the full "Compare network" dialogue box. This includes the "Select changed objects" tick box, to be able to visually see the changes on the GeoPlan (though this doesn't 100% work when the changes involve deleting objects or changing object names). This dialogue also has the handy feature of letting you ignore flags and defaults.
When comparing scenarios, you get the same "Diff" button, but it skips the "Compare network" dialogue box and just gives you the block of text, so e.g. no option to ignore flags, and no ability to "Select changed objects". So presumably it wouldn't bee too hard to adjust things in the software to enable this dialogue when comparing scenarios.
I actually proposed this change myself to Innovyze back in 2018 (along with some other changes), though that was before this ideas forum, so was via the online support portal. In case of interest, my proposed changes are in the attached image. Nothing ever came of my proposals, so hopefully we have more luck getting through this time.
a very needed feature
