Surfaces should import to layer set in Drawing Settings in Civil 3D

Currently surfaces imported from InfoDrainage to Civil 3D default to layer 0. It is best practice not to draw anything on layer 0. Surfaces should default to the layer for Tin Surfaces set in the drawing settings (C-TOPO by default)

I believe imported surfaces are created on the current Civil 3D layer rather than specifically Layer 0.
This is also an issue for featurelines and catchment areas. However the catchment areas and featurelines do have a style associated to them which also has its own layer properties.
The surfaces, featurelines and catchment areas should be created on the layers within Civil3D 'Drawing Settings' > 'Object Layers' settings within Civil3D. It would also be useful if the default style also matched the default style in the 'Edit Command Settings' window for that item
