InfoDrainage Export from Civil3D Catchments Tool

The Catchments tool in CAD can export into ID. However, the only inputs in the Catchment tool are C-Values & TC - this is Rational Method specific but also only imports in as Time of Concentration Method in ID. Requires a manual correction. Th...

XPSWMM Viewer capabilities

Since the help systems for XPSWMM Viewer was not updated, very few people with XPSWMM licenses know anything about the ability to open an unencryted model. Please update the help documentation. Please make Export to INP available in XPViewer too!

Multiple fixed tailwater elevations

Currently, the software allows users to set only one fixed tailwater elevation per outlet. However, users need the ability to set different fixed tailwater elevations for different storm events (e.g., 10-year, 25-year, 100-year storms).

SWMM Export from InfoDrainage

Certain authorities use other SWMM-based software for review purposes or as their city-wide model that needs to be updated. We need to export a SWMM file for more universal submittal purposes, even if InfoDrainage uses a modified SWMM engine.

Junction Loss

There need to be more options for calculating junction loss. Having values for entry and exit loss isn't enough. Recommend HEC-22 and AASHTO at a minimum.

Need more inlet options

SSA has numerous inlet manufacturers and jurisdictions, including Caltrans, FDOT, Neenah, etc. These would be beneficial to have in InfoDrainage, including East Jordan inlets. Additionally, have depth vs flow curve option would be helpful as well.

Export non-connected catchment objects

Currently Civil 3D will not export a catchment object unless is connect to a structure/junction. It should export all catchment objects regardless of if they are connected to a structure/junction.

CAD Data Layer Controls

When you have your CAD files in the drawing, you can control what layers show up. However, you can only select one at a time, you can't sort, and often your selections will reset. This would improve the plan view controls quite a bit.

Add a storage structure feature for channel drains

Add a storage structure feature for channel drains (e.g. channel, slot drain, kerb drain) so that these features can be presented as storage and not only conveyance (by modelling a custom section) and so that catchments can be connected as a sheet...
