Update user defined vortex controls in ICM so hydrobrake head discharge curves can be modelled

Current user defined vortex controls don't accept head discharge curves where the discharge reduces for increasing head i.e. what happens in a hydrobrake. It would be useful to get this updated to ensure consistency between ICM and drainage design.

compatibility with WMTS servers

Remove character limit in stats template

Currently runs can have unlimited-length names. However, when running the stats template, they can only have 100 characters. This causes productivity issues having to rename them. Character limit lengths should be consistent across all use cases

Update the Geometry menu - Steal MAPCLEAN from Map3D

InfoAsset Mobile Report Colour Categorization of the Report Tab

Similiar to the ability to categorize emails in Outlook allow users to categorize further the reports that are assigned to them. Either by colour coding or putting into categories aside from those headers in the Report tab
