Right now the risk is normalized to 100% and the highest risk score possible is 10 (with COF+LOF). This idea has nothing to do with the total calculation as the logic would be the same but just the values displayed as total scores. For example, a pipe with a 0.25 weighted score in the LoF width category might not mean much to a user. But a weighted score of 8 might be more "meaningful". Again, although the weights to the total risk score is still the same this is just a matter of preference.
