Maximo has a strong integration framework and can push and pull from it - providing an API to interface with Info360 would mean that the translation and mapping could be done on the Maximo side instead of in Info360.
this would also mean it was a generic interface so could support other CMMS.
multiple water/sewer/drainage agencies in Australia use Maximo.
This is a huge undertaking. It is one of the CMMSs that we should integrate with. Where/who is asking for this requirement?
This requires more detail - what does integration mean. What is/are the use case(s). What data is being shared across the application? I'd prefer for this to be removed and replaced by separate Maximo integration work flows. Perhaps something for UX research to consider.
