Have the demand amount (l/s, l/p/day, etc) not within the Network object or Control object but a separate object.
As customer demand and transfers differ for different times of year, where as the real network and majority of how it is controlled remain the same at any time of year.
This would mean only one Network and one Control was needed. Then only multiple demand objects (and demand profiles) are needed for different demands.
