It is currently not possible to create a complete volume balance of a 1D-2D simulation. To do this, you have to combine various sources such as prn, log files, grid results, result export by timestep, and statistics reports, and even then, you often do not succeed. As Autodesk-support itself indicates, the situation is currently that "you will need to differentiate between the 1D and 2D domains and evaluate each individually." And with the 2D domain, you are limited to what is in the log file.
All in all, it is currently not (properly) possible to create a completely conclusive volume balance of simulations with integral models. This also makes it difficult to assess stability and address potential errors.
I would like to see a good overview of the total volume balance created, with additional options to zoom in on various components (such as 2D infiltration, flow to and from 2D, inflow via level files, flow via banklines, etc.).
