Option to change selection method to avoid the Multiple Selection dialogue

Often when I'm working on the GeoPlan, I want to select, identify, or label multiple nodes or links. Every time I click on one that intersects with a sub catchment though, I have to deal with the multiple selection dialogue and choose which feature I wanted to select, slowing me down significantly.

In past ICM versions (versions 2021 and earlier) this was never an issue and it would always select the topmost feature. I understand that I can go into the Properties & Themes to toggle a layer's selectability, however this becomes annoying when I do want to keep all layers selectable label for identification or labelling. Perhaps an option to change the default setting for selecting/identifying/labelling objects (similar to how the identify tool on ArcMap works) would be useful.

I've experienced this issue as well - this is an issue with the "Intelligent Network Search" functionality, which can be toggled on/off through the "GeoPlan Properties and Themes" > "General" tab. As you say, this worked correctly as of ICM v2021, but then broke for a few versions, but it was fixed as of version 2025.2 (https://help.autodesk.com/view/IWICMS/2025/ENU/?guid=GUID-50DA3008-7ED9-479D-835C-DD84C04D68FD).
