In recent versions, local root settings are not restored when a different database is selected. In older versions, I think that local root settings are changed automatically and correctly depending on which database is open. However, recently, when browsing another database, the local root settings just don't change and we need to browse corresponding local folders manually.
This only happens we use different local folders depending on databases, but if you can change the specification to the previous one, it will be highly appreciated.
Thanks for logging this issue, I have just tested this on the latest version of ICM and it seems to be working fine. The local root settings are restored as you switch between databases.
