There isn't a good way to modify the peaking constant also referred to at the shape factor for developing an SCS hydrograph in ICM networks. The most common is 484 which is the constant used in an ICM network, but there are occasional needs to modify this for different areas. Note that you can modify the shape factor in ICM SWMM networks.

Agreed - I have reactivated this feature request and communicated the requirements to the development team so the shape factor can be exposed in a future release.
I believe this only works for SWMM networks. The request was for this functionality to be added to Infoworks networks.
If you change the Runoff Model Type from SWMM to SCS (curvilinear or triangular), you will be able to edit the shape factor
Sometimes adjusting the shape factor helps you calibrate closer to real world conditions, overall, better to have the option then not
A shape factor of 256 is often used in Florida.
