Ability to change appearance of snapping 'cross-hairs'

When drawing subcatchments, you normally need quite a few layers showing - the modelled sewer network, a shapefile showing smaller private laterals, the DTM, OSMM. The snapping mode 'cross-hairs' can often get lost in the mix of colours, especially along horizontal or vertical aligned edges. So this request is to enable users to change the appearance of the cross-hairs, even if just ramping up the line thickness (default line thickness appears to be 1). Ideally this could just be added in to the "Visual" tab of the "GeoPlan Properties and Themes" dialogue.
