Provide a "Remove elements from domain" option within DB Editor, Edit Domain Attributes, and tabular results report

I would like to be able to remove items from the domain as I review them within DB Editor, Edit Domain Attributes, and tabular results report tables, similar to the "Append to Domain" available when "right clicking" on an item in DB Editor.

    Would also be nice to have the same option for selection sets which are very difficult to manage (basically have to overwrite to edit at all)
