Represent the storage of cellular attenuation accurately

InfoDrainage currently assumes a 1 m² vertical shaft between the top of a cellular tank and its exceedance level. The volume within this shaft is included in the available storage. As the exceedance level should represent the ground level, this causes an incorrect false amount of storage to be added to designs and give false comfort to flooding. Geocellular storage tanks generally do not include vertical access shafts and are most commonly sealed systems. If they do include access shafts, they are smaller than 1m². The suggestion is to either remove this feature, or add a tick box in the storage details to opt in, or out of using it. We suggest that the additional false storage the software provides currently is negligent (as this function is not widely advertised/known) and could be leading to false reporting of designs.
