Add option to select InfoDrainage Project Template when exporting from Civil 3D

Currently (July 2026), when you export from Civil 3D to InfoDrainage, it writes a new .iddx without any templates applied. This means for users who start in Civil 3D, the InfoDrainage Project Template is not very helpful. All other templates (objects, rainfall, pipe size library, reports) must then be loaded after every new export from Civil 3D. It would be beneficial to be able to set up an InfoDrainage project template and select it during export from the Part Mapping Manager.
