Add clash- and context-awareness to the Network Design Wizard so that it can recognize relevant objects in the model and account for them during preliminary design. For example, the wizard could:
Detect nearby or intersecting pipes, manholes, utilities, and structures.
Recognize objects belonging to different design phases, such as existing, interim, proposed, or future conditions.
Consider minimum vertical and horizontal clearances during pipe sizing and routing.
Flag potential conflicts during the wizard process rather than only after the design is created.
Allow users to define which object types, networks, or phases should be considered during design.
Generate a summary of potential clashes, constraints, and design compromises.
