The Outfall Details input window is of fixed size, in width and height. This makes using the "Level Curves" tab difficult, as in order to select a set of different hydrographs for different storm events, one must constantly scroll right and down to each storm event. Adding to the issue is that after making a selection for a storm event, the window resets to the top of the list. The combined effect is that setting hydrographs for four outfalls is an arduous process.
I would suggest the fixes are, in order of priority:
The Outfall Details window is made to be resizable, to reduce the amount of scrolling required
The window does not reset to the top of the list after making a change
Multiple rows can be selected and changed simultaneously
