It would be good at some point to be able to run Infodrainage hydraulic analysis directly in Civil 3D. See below key issues we currently have with export/import tool:
Stormwater control features: For some reason, when exported to Civil 3D they are exported as TIN surfaces. However, it would be more useful if these can be exported as C3D structures
Import/Export overwriting: When exporting back to C3D, it overwrites all pipe parameters rather than updating only geometry. For instance, we add cover load class and type of manhole within C3D structures properties and if I am importing from Infodrainage, it erase all information previously input.
