Apply inlet template to grate only without overwriting the invert depth for the structure

We should be able to apply an inlet grate template to a structure without overwriting the structure's depth or other geometry. The current workflow requires manually applying templates and entering properties for sometimes hundreds of manholes, which is an enormous time-sink.

When structures are imported with the depth from Civil 3D, this depth is overwritten once an inlet template is applied. A workaround is to export a manhole report from Civil 3D to Excel, then copy and paste the depths to the data tables in InfoDrainage. This is also time consuming and can result in errors.
