Add the ability to duplicate connections between phases

Currently it is possible to duplicate stand-alone objects to different phases. Connections are not included in this. To duplicate connections to a different phase, the engineer must export the connections to a different format then re-import those into the correct phase.

    Thank you for your suggestion and thanks to those who voted. The reason connections cannot be duplicated is that the connection element is dependent on having upstream and downstream nodes; without these nodes, a connection cannot live on its own. Whereas, nodes, catchments and SWCs can live on their own without being connected to anything.


    I will explore with the development team an option to duplicate the link with its nodes from a phase to another and will update the status accordingly. For now, I will monitor the votes to gauge the interest in this suggestion.
