This could be done by going into Tables, Connections, filter the flow path you want to update, select all items you want to update, and then changing all slopes and/or diameters in one go by using the "=" button
A true pipe run editor would be very useful. Being able to edit all pipes and structures along a pipe run, and apply consistent edits like gradients, nose drops etc. would be very productive.
